, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Guarantee of Individual Results

This workshop is designed to teach participants how to use Canva effectively; however, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or business success from attending the event. Your results will depend on your own effort, application, and external factors beyond our control.

2. No Affiliation with Canva

This workshop is an independent training event and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Canva or its parent company. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

3. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or dissatisfaction with the event content.

4. Event Cancellation & Rescheduling

If unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel the event, we will reschedule for the next available date (typically within the following month). Your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, no refunds or credits will be provided.

5. Liability Waiver

By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. The event organizers, venue, and instructors are not liable for any personal injury, property loss, or damages incurred before, during, or after the event.

6. Code of Conduct

We strive to create a professional and respectful learning environment. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

7. Photography & Media Release

By attending this workshop, you consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or media captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify the event organizer before the workshop begins.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and resources provided during the workshop are for personal and business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any of the content without explicit permission from the event organizers.

9. Texas Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this event shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Texas courts.
